I decided to start this blog for all candle lovers and makers. I will share all
my years of experience throughout the existence of this blog to all that
want to learn the art of candlemaking from the basics to more advanced
techniques. I've always said that once you understand your material
and have learned some techniques all you have to do is have fun and
apply your imagination to create your own unique candles.
Like an artist uses his canvass so you will use wax as your medium
to express your creativity. There is no real right or wrong when
making candles, you are the artist and the creator of your own
pieces, your imagination is your limit!

help! WE HAVE STARTED MAKING SOY CONTAINER CANDLES, HAVE A GREAT IDEA FOR SOMETHING DIFFERENT, BUT FIRST WE ARE TRYING TO GET THE TEXTURE RIGHT? WE HAVE TRYED IN A DOUBLE BROILER SEVERAL DIFFERENT TEMPS AND POURING TEMPS AND POURING SOME LETTING IT SET AND POURING COOLER ON TOP, BUT STILL WE GET THE SAME RESULTS OF A GRAINY LOOKING TEXTURE AND SOME CREVICES, THE HAIR DRYER HELPS SOME BUT THEY STILL DON'T LOOK LIKE WE WANT, ALSO THERE IS SOME WHITE AREAS THRU OUT THE CONTAINER.
ANY ADVICE WOULD BE SO WELCOME!
