Arum Lily-How to make the stem.

Melt a pot of wax to about 75 degrees celcius. Take a 5cm piece of thin flat braided and
primed wick. Remove the pot from the heat and start dipping the wick into the wax
allowing time for it to dry between each dip. Layers of wax will start building up.
Continue with this process untill you have a candle that is 0.5 to 1cm in thickness.
If lines start to form under each layer then you need to reheat the wax. The aim is
to make a small dinner candle. You can use yellow dye for this task as it will make the
end result look more naturall.
