Take the one end of the wick and tie it around the middle of a skewer or use a candle wicking needle. Now push the other end through the hole at the bottom of the mould and pull the piece that comes out the other end tight so that the skewer moves against the opening of the mould.
The wick should be nice and straight and now while keeping it tight and straight you'll have to take a piece of tic tac or candle mould seal and press it tightly against the hole at the bottom of the mould so that it will create a seal and hold the wick in place.
